Excellent Staff. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that I am taken care of. I have been going to Rivard GMC for years and they keep their employees, so you know who you are dealing with every time that you go to the dealership for sales or service.
Brake Job / Service / GMC Sierra Dan was very cool and professional. The rest of the staff were very nice as well. Would have rated 5 stars but my truck sat there for an entire day from a lil' past 8 AM without any attention. However my brake job was sufficient, overall good experience.
Service Appointment Carlos is awesome. He always makes you feel that all my inquiries will be taken care of and he doesn’t try and upsell you on unnecessary items like most car service shops. My family has been going here for years!
Great experience! This is our second car we purchase with Anthony, he is always so helpful and makes sure to answer all our questions. Definitely would recommended him to anyone. If they don’t have it he will find exactly what you are looking for.
Very professional well organized We had a very nice experience at Rivard Gmc. Treated very good. Suv was very clean and ready to go. Salesman was very professional. SUV was prepped and ready when we arrived.
Easy to deal with Sales staff was responsive, dealer had good inventory sekection, dealer have highest trade value as well as significant discount on the new vehicle purchased. All paperwork was ready when I arrived at the dealership, title was issued to me within 2 weeks of purchase.
Air conditioning I brought my Acadia in because the air conditioner was not working properly. It would be cold on one side and warm on the other. They diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and sent me on my way as soon as possible
Very good We've always had very positive interaction with all we've ever worked with at Rivard. We can depend on things being done correctly and in the time that they promise.
Engine Rattling I brought in my Regal because there was a rattle at low RPMs. Dan suggested to try an oil change first since he thought that may fix the issue. He ended up being right and saved me the cost of the diagnosis.
