Im not 100% sure but I think I was overcharged $1,000. Numbers were made unnecessarily complicated and that never benefits the customer. I have a degree completing statistics and calculus and still. Also, I never met the finance person. I got what I thought was a great deal but the nickel and dime experience, complicated numbers and mistakes that could not be explained to the customer should be ironed out. Transparency. Bought a new car I’m not totally thrilled with. It’s lacking in some modern features, I just assumed every new car had memory seats... No wireless charging pad either. We didn’t get to test drive the car as it was a floor model. It seems to shift weird, sluggish, like it doesn’t know which gear go into. There’s some issues with the carpet I need to have looked at.
