I thought Nick was very professional, and did his best to try to make our deal come to fruition. I did not appreciate the fact that we wanted to use our credit card to put a lot of money down on it to get air miles and y’all have a policy that you think we’re doing that or people might be doing that too somehow can’t afford buying a car and that was not the case for us but nonetheless, that was a frustrating point. Nonetheless, we were able to finalize the deal.

We appreciate the business and glad in the end we could make everything work. The policy is a cost saving policy and not because we think you can not afford the vehicle. Our average credit card processing fee is just over 2% in total. The average month here with the 2K per transaction limit we still spend almost $18,000 in processing fees. David, Hurley and Rivard dealership was great to work with. Rivard had upfront, pricing with no made up fees . David stayed in touch, always updating us. on our GMC truck.. the process of easy did everything online and just had to come in to pick it up. I would highly recommend David and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from.

Low pressure honest dealership. I ordered a 3500 GMC and it arrived at the dealership within 3 months. Dealer sold me the truck for roughly 7-8 percent less than MSRP and made the experience a pleasure. Thank you Mr. Toledo and Rivard GMC for the honesty and integrity I received.
