Cons: Salesman would rarely respond to me. Dealer did not have loaners available when my truck was brought in even after an appointment was made. Pros: they were the best deal around for the truck

Very impressed with Rivard GMC operation. Rick Lavender was a straight up guy, no deception, made the purchase of my GMC 2500 HD super efficient and easy. This is the way a vehicle purchase should happen. If all sales personnel are like Rick then you have to buy from Rivard. Great experience with Luis Bonilla in parts for my add-on accessory purchases also.
