Went in for an eval of a small factory paint defect. They were quick and efficient. They got me set up for an appoint for the following week.

The entire process went very well, all done over the phone. There was confusion on Rivard's part about when we were to pick it up. Originally on a Thursday, but via text, I changed that to Saturday. Rivard missed that I guess. They had it ready on Thursday. When we arrived on Saturday, it was parked under a tree and not as clean as it should have been.
