The sales rep was friendly and helpful. We test drove and checked the car visibly, before negotiating. The price was fair as was our trade-in value. Haley was very attentive and helpful with all the follow-up details. The main reason that we did not give the dealership 5 stars is the crowded atmosphere of the sales department and the parking lot. Rivard has Great Customer Service with fair pricing. Knowledgeable sales staff and a great inventory to choose from. Salesman, Casey Bauer was very easy to work with and was not pushy to sell me a vehicle.

The reason I gave 3 is because the salesman energy was totally off.To the point I finished off with the store manager .Then I noticed a piece loose on the car went over to service the help was awful .was promise a call still waiting

Great price and quick and professional experience on the day of purchase. Made it easy.
Nick provided a very pleasant buying experience. He explained everything and helped us through the process. At no point did we feel pressured on anything. Between Nick and Jadon this was a very good experience. We would certainly recommend using Rivard Buick GMC.
