Great Experience. Dave Hurley was honest and up front and I would definitely come back to Rivard GMC. The prices were outstanding and are definitely the lowest around.

Good experience, but my GMS discount number I provided was not accepted & was denied by Rivard to use against the fees (dealer fee & destination charges) GM discounts that I was entitled too. Hopefully, this does not impact the ONStar discounts I should be entitled to.

Carlos was amazing through the entire process. He made the entire process fast and easy. He helped us get into the perfect car. My wife and had an idea of a 3rd row SUV when walking into the dealership. Carlos listen and pointed my wife and I what ultimately ended on being in new car. Curtis was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We asked him to go on the test-drive with us because we didn't know our way around town. He very graciously went with us. The sales process was too long because of the printer being backed up with multiple sales contracts before it would even print our paperwork ( We arrived at 11:45 a.m. and left in our new car at 4:30 p.m. Overall, it was a very good experience.
