Rivard had the best prices around. There was no prolonged back and forth. My truck was prepped nicely and the salesman(Carlos Montero) was very knowledgeable about the many features on my truck.
Great customer service but would like to see service department due a better job inspecting vehicles the shield under front of engine was broken and battery was bad they stuffed plastic shield above bar and left it without bolting back on and oil was black so had to get oil change before trip to New York

Great customer service. Very friendly. Francisco went above and beyond to help me find the best deal on a great truck. Would recommend to anyone. Will be going back to get my wife a car. Only negative was the few minor dents in the truck due to the straps from shipping.
Excellent dealership! Buying process was very easy! Salesman was not real good about returning phone calls though. The 2021 Denali is difficult to get used to as far as technology goes.

Had the exact vehicle we wanted in stock. Came in on Saturday and drove it and bought it. Picked it upon Sunday after it was detailed. Ben was amazing throughout the process, very helpful with all details. Showed us the main components of the vehicle.
