I made most of my purchases online. The purchase price and credit app were sent online. I spent some time at the dealership going through finance and insurance options. Then, I was on the lot to take delivery, where the salesman (Arnold) took me through all the functions and systems of my new vehicle. I had a pleasant experience with this dealership and sales agent.
