Barry took the time to ensure that our process was very smooth. He was not one of those vultures that come out and just tell you what you wanna hear. Moved to T/B in 2019 and since then have bought 3 new cars. Only one trade-in and the 2024 GMC was not financed. The fixed price is much less stressful and while you always think that your trade-in is worth more $, I felt that the net price was fair. I have only had minor issues with these new cars and Service fixed these small problems promptly. I most likely will buy a 4th vehicle at Rivard's.
