Scott was great! He worked out the deal from Tampa with my nephew in South Carolina and there were no surprises. He picked me up at the airport personally and the buying process went smoothly. He explained all the features I wasn't familiar with and he even set up the navigation system and synced my phone to the car to help me get back to SC.

After a delay of seven months from GM to make my Sierra, Rivard Buick, and salesman, David Hampson did very well to make me happy. The new vehicle came with a few minor scratches and a tiny dent, and they have made all repairs and provided me with a loaner for those days. They were true to their word
