Amazing to deal with! They were a little understaffed the day I came in, the process was a little over 6 hours, but I feel like I got a great deal on my vehicle!

It was a pleasure doing business with Rivard. Anthony was so happy to help even though we walked in just before closing. He showed us the pre-owned vehicle (Chevy Silverado) we ended up purchasing for our son…. And Jordan was amazing, he worked with us to help close a very complicated deal for us. Awesome to work with! 😄

I like the price is what it is. I didn’t feel my buying a vehicle was a pressing concern as I was passed between 3 different people. I was told there was only one key for the vehicle so I purchased another one and had it synced only to receive the second key in the mail. $400 loss in my part. Also no drivers side floor mat. Was told it must have been lost so once again I had to buy one. Again. I didn’t feel appreciated when shopping. I do like the vehicle but customer service was terrible

I had a great experience with Hiram Otero! ! The dealership keeps a large selection of trucks and got me exactly what I was looking for at a way better price that any of the other dealerships. I searched several states for the right deal and Rivard Buick made it happen. It was fast, simple, with no pressure and no games on pricing. I highly recommend doing business there.

Sean Bone and Cane Rivard were incredible. I have purchased multiple vehicles in my lifetime, and this dealership was by far the easiest I’ve ever worked with. In fact, this was the only time where I didn’t feel the need to negotiate on anything. They were more than fair and made the car buying experience easy and pleasant. They’ve earned a lifetime customer and a steady referral source. Sean deserves some serious kudos.

It was fine. The salesman was ok. I found some cosmetic issues with the car I didn’t see when I inspected it. When it came out of detailing, I saw a dent on the door. Shame on me I guess
