Drove in with prior vehicle, then drove home with a new one! Brandon was great to work with from the start! Like his no-nonsense approach to finding the right vehicle. Great, Quick Experience Empire Hyundai made buying a new car quick, easy and painless. I was replacing a totaled vehicle so I wasn't the easiest guy to work with but Tony helped me out. Very Satisfied Completely satisfied with the whole experience and would recommended this dealership to others. They went out of their to help us choose the right car and Rob Collins personally delivered our car and has been most helpful and accessible to us.
Sales person wisely adjusted his approach Nolan was an excellent sales person to work with. He was not pushing and tailored his approach to us. If he or other employees were too agressive or pushy, we would have walked out. I have been trained in sales, and to get people to do what they normally would not do and could identify everything they were trying to do. This could have turned me totally off to the dealership. Nolan was wise enough not to play the games.
Ok I took my new vehicle to an inspection station near my house so I could pick up my car sooner. I sent the receipt to Empire and have not been reimbursed yet.
