Positive experience From the time we arrived until the time we left the staff was attentive, helpful and showed a genuine interest in what I wanted.Our salesman was thorough with explaining the car the dealership and followed up after the car was bought calling to check if I was happy with the car and to say if there were any problems to let him know. I definitely would recommend to anyone to go to the dealership.

Excellent I completed this review in the general survey. I could not be more satisfied with Empire Hyundai, or my new car purchase. The only tedious part of the experience is the redundacies of this survey.

Great Initial Experience, Bad After One Week. (Repost from previous page) One week after purchasing my 2016 Hyundai Veloster, I noticed a plastic strip on the roofline, left side, had popped up. 2017 SantaFe Overall, my expierence at Empire was as I expected. I went to this dealership knowing what I wanted in a vehicle. I feel that I was offered a selection that was within my budget and within my needs.
Good Experience Friendly, Good Service, and Good Price. I got the car I wanted and went home with it the same day. I got the car for a good price a month and learnt magic tricks while I was there.
