new car Good car for the price. The car met our needs. The sales staff was not very aggressive; to the point of turning us off. Any situation that occurred was handled by the other members of the staff.

New Car Purchase I hate the process of purchasing a new car, it stresses me out considerably. With that said, I will say that the last 3 cars that I purchased were from Empire Hyundai and there is a reason for that. They make it easy and comfortable. 2017 Tuscon Steve was fantastic, not only during the buying process, but also weeks later with paperwork/plate transfers/lease return of prior vehicle. He continually went out of his way to come to me vs. me driving down to the dealership each time (I live approx 30 minutes away). Steve was always helpful and professional and I truly feel he cared about me and my needs/experience and always put me first. I'm very satisfied with my experience and new vehicle!

Awesome Staff My salesman chris s. Was an awesome guy. He helped me with everything from chooaing the car to setting up my bluelink wgile i was with finance. DJ was also fantastic with helping with all the nimbers and explaining it all to me. Both finance guys, rob c. and joe were also amazing. They did everything they could to figure it all out. Excellent Service My sales man Mike Dube was so helpful and got me in to the perfect car. Also Joe Carvalho was an excellent finance manager. He structured the deal so well and made the finance part an easy transaction.
