Excellent service and inventory Upon arriving at the dealership I was promptly greeted and sat with an employee (Bryce) to discuss my vehicle needs. The conversation was relaxed and informal; at no point did I feel pressured by the staff to move forward with a purchase. There was plenty of inventory to choose from once we identified where my budget and desired features met. The staff was very transparent with regards to price.

Happy day ! I went to dealership with specifics of what I wanted in my new car. The salesman I had whose name was Ken was very attentive. I was impressed because it was one of the very few times in the history of my purchasing a car I was listened to and Ken did not try to talk me into something I did not want or need. The man respected my decisions. The test drive was pleasant I drove both on city streets and the highway. The paperwork did take a bit of time but that is too be expected. A most pleasant experience.

Great Team with James & DJ James was great! So pleasant, knowledgeable and so patient - he answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the features of my new Tucson. He even helped me over the phone a couple of days later when I had more questions! DJ worked his magic and got the most for my trade-in, and helped me find the most affordable option for financing. Everyone I met or was introduced to at Empire Hyundai was so personable, helpful, kind and professional. A great team!
