I was very satisfied with my service xxxx very sociable... I was very satisfied with my service xxxx very sociable and tell me I could reach her in because I was taking my car to the Ford place gets I was told that’s where I had to take it because I didn’t want to trade drive all the way to North Attleborough I will be back I was very sad satisfied

Service center was upfront about the diagnostic fee... Service center was upfront about the diagnostic fee ($120) and potential parts/labor that could be involved when I brought my 2012 Hyundai Sonata in for service. A quick note: If you take your Hyundai here for service, it's because you realize you probably have an issue that requires a place with the right diagnostic tools and yes, obviously they use all OEM parts. Friendly and helpful. I went in for oil change and they... Friendly and helpful. I went in for oil change and they noticed my brakes were quite worn out. I was given a loaner vehicle rather than sit there all day. I was able to go about my day as planned.

My service was fine. Didn’t appreciate the pressure to do... My service was fine. Didn’t appreciate the pressure to do a service I couldn’t afford at the time. Also, no free car wash was a bummer

My oil change process was very quick took about an hour... My oil change process was very quick took about an hour and a half however we didn’t do a walk-through of the car so I think technically it should’ve been free or some thing the sign said not too sure.

Brought my Tucson in was acting funny engine light came... Brought my Tucson in was acting funny engine light came on was told needed to leave it there so they could check it out was given a loaner ,come to find out it was the engine three days later was informed it was still under warranty that would get replaced ,took a couple of weeks got my car back they were just great .this is my 3rd car I have bought from this dealer they are great.
