We have been owners with this company for 3 years, maybe 4. We also own with another company and have a lot of points. When my husband and I bought we did understand what we were getting into. The biggest proble with these companies is they do not have training for their customers after the initial purchase to teach them how to use their timeshare. I am amazed by the reviews and claims against this company. I had a totally different experience with them. I purchased ******* points in May 2022 when I was in *******. I had the opinion of get my tickets and tell them no when I got there. The sales presentation was good and they showed how it worked. I have used my points to travel and had no issues booking at all. My sales rep told me to book with common sense. If I tried to book high demand time do it 6 months or more in advance. I bought a smaller point package than wha... read more

My family stayed at stormy and the staff was excellent!!! Did they're tour and saved a ton of money for shows.

We dealt with *******and ****. They were both nice, we were not coerced in any way. We were given several options, but in the end we decided not to purchase. No problem. Would probably have purchased if we were younger and in better health.

I purchased a 4 day 3 night getaway that came with a cruise for 2 at a hockey game for $399 so we could go to ************. When they sent me the hotel info of where we were going to stay, I looked it up online and the place was running $350 per night! We basically got 2 nights for free. We attended the timeshare presentation the day after we arrived. 9:00 am, we took the kids, ages 5 and 3, were sitting down at a cafe down the street for lunch by 11:00! 2 hours of our time to stay at an amazing resort and save all that mone... read more
