I worked with Arnold Little who did a fantastic job in helping me get into a new truck, he's a good dude, not pushy, didn't annoy me, was personable, and ensured the overall experience was excellent. I hadn't bought a new vehicle in 10 years. I did my homework to make sure I was getting an honest deal, and I didn't discover a single red flag (OTD price was agreeable, Trade-In value was agreeable, options were agreeable, Financing (which I need to subsidize my downpayment) was not great but not bad either. Happy with how smooth everything went. BUT no follow up afterwards which surprised me also my sales guy told me ( bought the car on a Saturday) that on Monday “Steve “ would be calling me to get floor mats and have heard nothing as of now.
