My purchase experience with Rivard was unreal. I have never had a more pleasant experience with any other dealership. We took care of everything online and over the phone. When I arrived everything was ready and 20 minutes later I was already driving away. Their price cannot be beaten. I flew from south Florida to Tampa, just because everything else was so easy. Best dealership I’ve been to in the 10 years I’ve been buying cars. Hiram Otero is the reason. He made the entire experience seem less. His customer service and knowledge of cars is unmatched. I can tell that he values each customer and doesn’t see us as just a number.
