Jim K the Salesman was congenial and helpful but I feel there was a little bait and switch happening with regards to financing presentation, on the web site and in person. The website, when it comes to calculating monthly payments, is less than adequate or helpful. Also, it should not have taken 4 hours to do this deal, ridiculous, when I had been communicating with dealership over the course of a month. Back Office took way too long. Pricing was better than fair. Yes I recommend this Dealership and Jim K.
