I worked with Arnold Little who did a fantastic job in helping me get into a new truck, he's a good dude, not pushy, didn't annoy me, was personable, and ensured the overall experience was excellent. I hadn't bought a new vehicle in 10 years. Happy with how smooth everything went. BUT no follow up afterwards which surprised me also my sales guy told me ( bought the car on a Saturday) that on Monday “Steve “ would be calling me to get floor mats and have heard nothing as of now.
