David Hurley was top notch at waiting on us. Answered all our questions and gave us answers to questions we hadn’t thought about but would definitely have at a later date. My suggestion would be to have new salesmen “shadow” him and you will continue to have well trained people working for you. Would definitely recommend RIVARD to anyone looking for a vehicle. A pleasant experience.

At first the dealership said they were going to close after knowing my drive was 1hr 45mins. Then I explained I guess the business was not worth it , so somehow that changed and I was able to get the car I wanted. Also I was tricked because on the website or communication I was told I was to have 3 months warranty included but when I got I had to pay to get it added which was not a great surprise.

I thought the dealership was very clean and the people were very nice inside the salesman and the management I was treated with respect and I think Fair I bought a 2019 Chevy canyon that is already cost me money in fixing it came with no gas cap no floor mats it has electrical wires showing in a fuse box in the side panel passenger side that part is on order I have all kinds of crunching noises underneath the truck I'm having my mechanic look at it to tell me what it is the truck is beautiful but the truck I traded in was pe... read more
