Very professional! Dealership provides a sale experience that is haggle and hassle fee. The entire process was full of integrity. Response time was great. They didn’t stop looking for the truck that I wanted when it wasn’t in stock. They were able to find the exact truck that I wanted and kept the pricing quoted on a truck they had on the lot the same. They gave a more than fair value on my trade-in. I drove past 3 other dealership to come to Brandon, because no one could even come close to price given by Rivard.

I had a very good experience with this dealership and with Rick Lavender my sales agent. The dealership had a plentiful inventory and prices were reasonable for the times. Rick was awesome, very informative and straightforward with no pressure to buy. I felt comfortable with his information and that he was giving good advice.
