Satisfied Dealership exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Joey, the salesperson I spoke with, was very friendly and understood what I was looking for in a car. However, the paperwork I received stated that a "keyless entry remote" was included, but I was never given one. Nor was I given a spare key. Not that big of a deal, it's just the principle of the matter. Why charge me for something and then not give it to me? Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at Empire Hyundai.
