It's a good company I've been with coming up 7 years this October 2024. It has pros and cons (like any job) but I have positives to say with this company and plan on being around much longer. It has helped me be more mature/responsible when I joined the company at 27, now 35 I work around various former Law Enforcement, ex-Mil, and Correctional Officers. Walden Security is an incredible place to work. Its a privately held company that values its people. Performance is a huge factor. If you come in and work hard you can seriously grow with the company. If you come in and aren't open to the culture you won't be successful. But I respect that about the company. Being a good employee SHOULD be rewarded. I'm grateful to be a part of a company that I don't feel like a body occupying a space. Nashville has recently come under new management and it went from good to GREAT!!
I really enjoy working at Walden!! I was hired and then quickly promoted. They are a wonderful company & everyone has treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. I look forward to continuing my career path within Walden.
I'm actually a little confused I was sent an email and told to come in for an open interview to bring two forms of ID. I got there and waited for gentleman who came out the office, he asked if I had ever done security. I let him know I've been doing parking enforcement as well as in seasoned security at a haunted house. He handed me a card and told me he will contact me. I'm extremely confused. Was this the interview out in the waiting room? I am just trying to clarify is this normal.
Walden Security has been very good to me. I appreciate the job. I am proud to be part of the organization. I remember when I applied for employment. I really needed this opportunity. I was so excited to be chosen. The job location, pay, and officer appreciation specifically are my reasons.
