Cant speak on the security services, but I happen to need someone to jump start my car in Arsley shopping center and after asking several people and walking to the closest building, we came across Mr.Norm with Walden Security who was so kind to help. What an amazing experience! I came to Walden after being mistreated by another company (Sunstates), and they never gave me my proof of training. Walden got me in the door and retrained FAST. I never had 1 bad experience and I was very sad to leave (career change). I am a Muslim woman who wears hijab. They never asked questions or treated me any differently and I wore it daily in my uniform. Migrating from one security company to Walden Security. Everything has been handled very smooth and professionally. Walden seems like a much more professionally run company in every aspect so far.
Officer newton made very nasty racial remarks to my wife and I when we came into contact with her this weekend. We double parked briefly in an empty lot and explained that we were GPSing our way to the new location. She takes a picture of my car and says I never have this problem with white people. To be honest, I’m shocked and disappointed that she projected her own stereotypes on my wife and I. I am a health care worker and my wife is a veteran. I will be escalating my concern.
Great company to work for! Company really does take care of its employees. I have the same pride working for this company as I did when I was active duty in the Army.
