You get what you pay for. They outbid every other company but then demote and fire everyone they treat their workers like second class citizens. Really horrible company
Migrating from one security company to Walden Security. Everything has been handled very smooth and professionally. Walden seems like a much more professionally run company in every aspect so far.
It was a good place to work
11/14 around 2:15pm “officer Newton” from Walden security harassed my husband and I who pulled over in 1400 winnifred’s parking lot because we are lost and GPSing directions to a new location. I’m a veteran and stand up citizen. She caused a scene behind us being there for a few minutes as we googled where we are in respect to our breakfast spot. She was so disrespectful - she had the nerve to say to us that “white people never give me this problem!” Unbelievable.
I love working for this company. The people and the environment are warm and energetic.
