We signed our contract with Pool Boss in 2020. We were spending a lot of time at home and realized our backyard would fit a pool nicely. We met with Chris and he spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. We felt very at ease with him. He was upfront that delays would happen given the pandemic. We have been using the Pool Boss for servicing our pool ever since they installed it in 2018. Chris and his team are amazing. from the ease of booking the opening and closing of the pool online to the professionalism of the team on site, we have been extremely pleased. The staff is really nice and pleasant. They take their time to make sure the equipment is winterized properly, including cleaning the filter while keeping the area clean. We have had our pool for 3 years now, and working with the Pool Boss has been exceptional from top to bottom, from working with the owners to service & maintenance.
Once permits were secured, construction was prompt and no time was wasted until the project's completion. Quality of the work is superb from their subcontractors, electricians, and pavers.
