This place has turned into a total nightmare to live in. From their constant changing of managers. Braking their leasing agreements for a new lease. To sign a new lease I was offered 2 free parking spaces, priced at $25.00. When I went to the office to talked to the new manager, she said I was actually getting a discounted price. Because according to her the current price of a covered parking space without a garage door was currently $75. They recnetly added a new sewer and drainage charges to everyones bill. Shot out to the maintenance man MR. EDDIE he was very PROFESSIONAL , QUICK, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE on what he is coming to fix, as well helping us learn ways to identify future problems. I'm not sure if he is a SUPERVISOR, but needs to be from what I seen and personally dealt with in my 11 months of living here. He however deserves ★★★★★ and a pay raise if not a promotion, and I'm absolutely satisfied with his work THANK YOU...
If you're seeking a living experience where you're treated like a mere transaction rather than a valued resident, look no further. The new management doesn't care about its residents. Concerns and issues are met with dismissiveness and inaction. Instead they focus on creating new charges for services that should be part of the rent pricing.
