This was my first time joining my husband for a round of golf, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Teravista Golf Club is an absolute gem in the area, and I can't say enough good things about this place! Max Turner, the GM, does an outstanding job promoting the facility and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The course was in good shape and they had a lot of rain the previous evening. When we checked in and AFTER we paid, the guy in the pro shop told us that it was cart paths only and that we couldn’t get a refund after we paid. My friend has a pacemaker and needs a handicap cart so he can play. We understood that it was paths only and asked why he didn’t tell us that first. We moved from Florida to here and only had a quick video tour, the complex is clean and well maintained. The apartments are better than the videos and are spacious and I’ve yet to hear any of my neighbors so the soundproof quality is there! The clubhouse is beautiful, the pool looks nice (we haven’t tried it yet) and the staff is warm and welcoming!
The management at this course is trash. Cart path only when the fairways and greens are completely dried out but somehow the greens are all sand. Range is constantly closed. No cart staff. Bar and restaurant closed before 6:30 when the sun doesn’t set til almost 9 this time of year. This used to be a great course. They need to fire whoever runs this place. I have the membership for the three courses and the only one that is ever worth playing is Falconhead. Don’t waste your money here!!!
