I am a Nurse Practitioner that goes to Symphoney to see patients frequently and can attest to the facilities patient centered focus at all times. The owner is actively involved and has a real pulse on what is happening at all times here. The staffing is excellent. The services for patients are amazing and are inclusive in the cost. The facility is amazing!!! Beautiful with a modern comfort feeling. Many new technologies that bring the wow factor!!! With interactive TV and even a driving experience for your loved one...thwy can literally experience traveling from the comfort of the facility!!! As one of the owners of this facility I just want to say the negative feedback on here is from ex employees that were not happy being held to our high expectations for caregivers and treatment of our residents. We have very high standards and employees that do not measure up will not last very long working here. Facility is beautiful but female self proclaimed owner makes it ugly on the inside. Assisted living Executive Director is awesome! Nurse and weekend staff were awesome! Team player environment but becomes toxic when the self proclaimed owner is in the building. Resident safety and well being should be a priority.
