As an Airbnb investor, it’s important that my vacation rental property manager is able to maximize my rental income, handle all property maintenance and administration, and be available if I ever have a question. Phoenix SkyRun has exceeded my expectations in all 3 of those categories and continues to do so 2 years into the relationship. I’m not certain that this is a legitimate rental company. I found one of their properties on Airbnb and googled company to see if property is the same price and/or if they had additional properties that may suit my purposes better. I found exact property on their company website as the property listed on Airbnb. The only difference was the pricing.
