I have used this service twice, my mom is now in a memory care floor in an assisted living facility, having a professional nurse to accompany my mom to certain specialist Dr. Appointments was a blessing. Both times the nurses were very nurturing and kind and treated my mom as if she were their mom. Excellent experience I will continue to use this service.

The Client Services Rep, (Kyle) really listened to what was needed and the Senior Helpers team found the right person for our resident who needed extra support. Every single person whom we have come in contact with at this company is absolutely the kindest, sweetest, and so caring and knowledgeable! We just hired Senior Helpers to help with my mom/dad/aunt, and all 3 love their helper, Lori. If you have 'old' seniors in your family, you know this compliment means a lot!! They are so gentle with our 3 old folks. They truly care for their health and happiness. They drive them to the grocery store, doctor appts, and well as take care of any needs in their home.
