I really like this place. Coming from the South, we can drop off the 'kids' on our way to Portland Airport and Pick them up on the way home. It's convenient for us, and they seem to love the vacation too!
It says it all in their name; safest place for your pets! I wouldn't use anyone else for Pete.
I will just put it out there plain and simple, I'm a high needs client. I travel a lot, with lots of changes to my schedule, I always need to change my reservations. I'm not sure how they do it, but they treat me with respect and credit any changes for future use and its easy breezy. Most importantly, my dog loves it. My dog charges in like he owns the place every time and forgets I'm even there.
