The no haggle discount makes them great and I will recommend them. The process was fast and easy, but after deciding with my salesman when we would close the deal. I got texts from my initial contact demanding that I close that day, or they may sell the car to someone else, that was stressful and unnecessary. that is why only 4 out of 5. also cars are complicated today, but sales staff needs to know about the options on the cars they sell. several things I was told were wrong
