Database is finally converting
Plain and simple: I have been with this company for almost 2 years now and would highly recommend them to anyone. When I went to write this review, I noticed a few bad ones on here. I'm not sure why that is but from my own experience, I can assume that these agents didn't have the proper expectations from this kind of service. I didn't close my first sale with them for a few months. It even took them a few weeks to get me the first warm lead. This is a PIPELINE builder. This isn't always about the fast money and anyone who's successful in this space knows that - real estate transactions, no matter how you go about it, take time. Period. So if you have old leads you aren't calling, hire them.

They Followed The Script And Saved Me 25+ Hours Booking Appointments with Qualified Leads
RealQualified is a great ISA solution allowing us to concentrate on talking to more pre-qualified leads and not having to go through hundreds of people in our lead list and database. This allowed me and my sales team to be very productive.
I highly recommend working on the scripting for outreach and using them to do the top of the funnel prospecting and getting them to do the vetting for your database or top of the funnel leads.

Recommend circle prospecting
Listings have been hard to come by since COVID, so I decided to give these guys a shot, the results weren't instant, but I stuck with them and now I regally get great prospects to talk to, and I am already working with some of them, plus I have some good followups in the pipeline, this is a really nice addition to my business, thank you for all your hard work

Work in progress
After a slow start to our campaign their leadership has reached out to me to help me fix the issues we've been experiencing. They at least took accountability for my concerns and consulted on a successful outcome we'd both benefit from. I hope this relationship works out and I have seen other that have had success with their service.

Amazing For Circle Prospecting
Not one to usually write reviews, but RealQualified put a lot of work in for me calling and got me some great results, I was aware it was a bit of a gamble as it is sales and working a list but they did an amazing job and got me around 10 really strong prospects 3 of which are already under contract and the others are coming along nicely. Thank you for all your hard work, keep it up

Great service, Highly recommended
Don't usually review products, but they really have put in a lot of time and work calling for me, and it has gotten me some great new clients both buyers and sellers. The weekly reports are great too. Really a great investment, I have tried lots of things but is just simple and effective. Keep it up

Amazing The best ISA I have used
When I started in real estate I use to make a lot of calls, which was the foundation for my business, I always wanted to get back to it but just didn't have the time, I tried to outsource it to the Philippines but the results were not good, then I gave REALQualified a chance, they have the scripts and keep you updated every week. It took them a couple rounds to build a pipeline now I consistently get appointments from them, very happy.

Great!
I have been working with REALQualified for almost 2 years now. They have been a fantastic addition to my day-to-day and have taken a significant portion of my follow-up workload off my plate. Alex has been fantastic and Nick & Shanna have been extremely communicative with me from day one. I can safely say I have found the ISA I'll be sticking with for the foreseeable future.

Everything that was promised
I am a busy agent and don't have time to be making calls to my older prospects, it has been on my mind for a while and decided to give them a shot, and it worked:-) I thought I might of been missing out of deals and now I know, either I should of been calling (I don't have time) or I should of hired them a long time ago, either way I am happy.
