Our A/C was on its last breath and Robert Sutton from Powerhouse Home Services was able to get us a new A/C unit installed and a complete ductwork redo in 2 days! Couldn't have had a better experience! From our initial meeting with Robert to the installation with Francisco and Angel (hardest workers we've ver seen) everything went without a hitch. BEWARE of GAUGING PREDATORY practice from this company. They charged me $840 for a 1" PVC elbow repair on a leak that was 1 feet deep in the ground. They made it sound like it was extensive repair to be done, but this was a $2.00 part to change that took less than one hour. They inflated the work to be done and inflated the price accordingly. They forged my signature on their quote and contract. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these criminal, they will take the shirt off your back if they could! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

Paul called me up offering a Summer special. I was told someone would come at 9:00 to clean my AC. I asked specific questions to confirm this was an actual cleaning. After waiting a while, I followed up as to where my technician was. I was told he had to go on an urgent call. Finally someone showed up over two hours late for our appointment and was offering to only "inspect" my unit. Beware of their sleazy tactics. Edited: No one contacted me to say they would be late. No one performed any maintenance. Do not lie to people.

Powerhouse Home Services has been a pleasure to deal with. All the employees I have dealt with so far have been great. But hiring the coordinator Candie Green was a brilliant move. It’s been easy to find out all particulars on the generator installation. Not only is she efficient but charming and helpful in every way needed. Thank you Powerhouse!!
