I called for service because my generator was down and was told it would be a month before they could get someone out to look at it. When I objected and said it was way too long to be without a generator during storm season, they finally were able to schedule it for 2 weeks. Apparently, they only have one service tech who can do repairs. All the others only do routine maintenance. Wayne, the tech who came out, however, was absolutely wonderful. We had a house inspection and needed an electrician to come out that day. They sent out Anthony and he did a fantastic job. He gave us a courtesy call 45 minutes before our appointment to inform us he was on his way. He arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and corrected the problem. He provided us with the document we needed to move forward with the sale of our home. Also want to mention the charge was very reasonable. Electricians (2) did not succeed in programming the replacement lighting controller. Too challenging for their skills. I’m holding a $350 replacement controller and still without ability to mange lighting. Very disappointed.

An excellent PowerHouse plumber provided us same day service with a smile. We greatly appreciated our accurate repair/replacement work in two bathrooms and our kitchen. All work was completed well within the time proposed at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this firm.
