My therapist left for health reasons so I considered leaving therapy too. I was upset and not up for starting up again. But the office was kind and patient in helping me choose and try a new therapist. I miss my old therapist but I am glad I met Julene and working with her has been really good. I want to thank everyone for being so nice when I was having trouble adjusting to the change.

I need to comment on the ridiculous complaints and name calling over late cancel charges. In my experience, this practice has always been flexible and very reasonable. I was scheduled to meet my therapist one afternoon and later that evening I had a 10pm flight to London. Then I got a text that the airline cancelled my flight and rescheduled me on a much earlier trip. I forwarded the text to the office and they simply cancelled my appointment without any charge. I agree with past reviewers: this practice is about business and not about care. I have been doing therapy with Katie for almost two months and she is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the office and their “strict” cancellation policies and the “gentleman” named “Jovanni” that was beyond rude and non understanding when I called the office to complain about their “late” fee policy. Just be aware or you will be ripped off a $150 cancellation fee before you know! Update: the therapist formerly kno... read more

Agree with other reviewers that this is a “serious” practice. Serious as goal oriented, focused professionals with high standards. They’ve helped me understand what isn’t working yet and how to create a better life. But they aren’t for everyone. You have to be committed to change and willing to do the work to benefit from therapy.

A business that truly puts business before patient wellbeing & wants to profit off people’s misfortunes rather than actually ensuring that they are okay mentally. I got in a car accident an hour before my session was supposed to start & rather than asking if I’m okay or hurt they reinforced that because I cancelled under 24hours that I’ll be subject to paying a $150 fee. This wasn’t even the worst part, I was victim to fraud on my card so I had to cancel my debit cards & resubmit the new information to all companies that I h... read more
