This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I walked into the store and asked for help, the salesperson arrogantly replied, ‘You’re in the right place, just look on the shelves,’ while dismissively waving his hand. His condescending attitude was clear throughout the entire interaction. Eventually, he offered me some glasses. Called for a walk-in for a medical appointment, staffs were very knowledgeable and friendly. The Doctor took her time to assess and was very thorough though out the appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend friends/family members here!
🤮 Bought a pair of Tiffany Co sunglasses and they scratched the frame putting the lenses in. Their staff refused many times to help as they claimed to be closing in a few minutes... They refuse to acknowledge that people have lives and potentially physical impairments. The Manager will just be rude and dismiss you. Retire already if you're going to mess up people's vision and time. This business has malpractices written all over. As always the manager and staff are friendly and service oriented. I have been seeing Dr. Jarada for many years now for my eye exams, she is a very experienced doctor. Great place for all your eye care needs.
Absolutely outstanding! The employees are all well-mannered, and they take care of customers to their best abilities. When my son was trying on glasses, the manager (?), Rolande, told him if it looked good and basically helped him pick out glasses that look well on him. The prices are cheap, affordable, and they have lovely glasses. Her boss is amazing and sweet too. I tell you, his heart is made out of gold or something! (Sadly I wasn't able to get his name) 10/10 recommend this shop :)
