I had a great experience with Oppono and their team. One thing that stands out Oppono from others is that they find a way get a deal done. I had a deal that needed to close in 3 days and they got it done quickly. Even when it comes to renewals, their renewal department goes the extra mile to help ensure the client is looked after by reaching out to them in advance. If you need a team that works quick, then I highly recommend Oppono!
I was with Oppono for almost two terms and the amount of fees they charge you will have you scrambling for a third mortgage. If your mortgage broker suggests Oppono as a lender, it just means they are lazy and don’t want to put in the work to look for someone affordable for you. Predatory Lender with Hidden Fees I feel compelled to warn others about Oppono's deceptive and predatory practices. When my mortgage came up for renewal, I was shocked to find over $30k of fees/charges that they pull out of the fine print of their contracts.
