This lab is the worst lab in Conroe and they are losing clients fast due to shady practices ever since they had a surprise visit from TCEQ. No one is really ever fully trained due to the high turnover and they keep a now hiring sign up 24/7 365 days a year.
I've worked with NWDLS for years and am very happy with everything there. Customer service, field techs, project managers, sales... all have been great. Working at a family business and in a lab, it's refreshing to have other companies treat you as family and not just s customer. Derek McCoy has an excellent staff working for him. His "adopted son", Ben Walsh carries the family atmosphere outside of the office and is awesome. I've made many calls to NWDLS, both during and after hours, and talk to Ben Walsh. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond what most will to answer the questions I have. I would recommend them to anyone their services.
Our company just switched to this lab and the difference is night and day. The staff, Customer service and quality is by far the best in business. Ben is always available even after hours and I wish we would have switched years ago.
I've worked with this company for the past 8 years. They are always accommodating and professional. They work hard to provide the best service possible. My company uses them and will never switch because of the quality and diversity of services they provide. I dont think anyone would regret keeping or switching to NWDLS, they make it happen.
