I recently stayed for a full 28 + and you will get out of your experience as much as you put into it. The others girls I bonded with helped me and be an advocate for yourself and please ask for help. The staff will help you the best they can. Staff was so nice and the cafeteria staff and food is amazing! Kudos. Breakfast is to die for.
Part 1: First and foremost their website is highly deceiving. Both me and my girlfriend checked in on the same day to detox off of fentanyl. There is no 24-hour care. The nursing staff was rude and unprofessional and very uncaring. There were a few good nurses there luckily, but for the most part they were indifferent towards my suffering. Niagra Recovery is an amazing institution, staffed by incredible, kind, caring individuals, dining staff included. Very good meals, salad bar available for lunches and dinners!
RCON is an amazing place to start your journey of recovery. The staff is amazing, food is great and it’s kept very clean. Hands down one of the best in the area!!
If you are serious about getting clean this is a great place! The food is good and they feed you well. The nursing staff is awesome and they listen to your needs when it comes to medication. The counselors are awesome though they are a little short staffed they still get stuff done! This really is a great rehab.
