Don't buy from them! They will rip you off. I went to place an order, but their online ordering system was broken (conveniently), so I called to order a bumper kit from them in early December. I was told it was in stock and just needed to be powder coated, so should ship within one week. They subsequently sent me a link which I used to pay in full for the item. The roll cage needed to be replaced and frame straightened on my Teryx. We contacted Long Travel Industries with questions about our situation. The communication was great. There were numerous calls back and forth to clarify our questions and to make sure they were giving us exactly what we wanted. Even some follow up calls from them that were unexpected just to keep us updated on the process as the build and powder coating were happening. I ordered a long travel kit for my kids 170 back in august. My card was immediately charged. I still to this day have not received my kit. I’ve called and emailed multiple times. I got a response once saying there was a mix up on their website. The last several attempts to contact them my calls and emails have not been returned. I really just want the kit but I don’t think that’s going to happen and I can’t seem to get my money back either.

Brian is a conman. He will not answer emails, text, or phone calls. The products he puts out do not fit well at all. I had to cut off the mount and re weld them back on in the correct place. THe insalation hardware was not included. I paid for a $750 windshield. He told me that he was going to get the glass installed in a week that was why I could net pick it up at the time I picked up the cage. I have never received the windshield or my money back. That was a year ago. Stay away from this Company and Brian.

Do not buy from this guy! Bought a cage and doors from him 3 months ago and he never sent the door skins. Called every day for a month straight he won’t pick up. He won’t email or text either. It is sad to see this in the industry. Never got the door skins so I will be contacting a lawyer.
