In reality, I received no service from this dealership. After stopping in to inquire about getting my vehicle serviced due to a check engine light, I was told it would be 30 to 60 days due to them only having 2 technicians. Then the service advisor asked who I had purchased my truck from. When I told them Mark Dodge in Lake Charles, he told me that the owner doesn't accept vehicles from Mark Dodge.
I guess their ego is more important than potentially gaining a new customer by providing good customer service.

Just purchased my car from here. Great and smooth experience. Josh my sales guy was awesome. Saw a tiny chip on top of the car 2 days later. Brought it in and they immediately began the process to take care of it. I’m very happy with my purchase from here.
Bought a beautiful Durango Citadel from the dealer in Kenner. The guys there were very helpful and quick to act. Our sales guy JOE MAIORANA was great. We have had some electrical issues with the Citadel causing the radio/air conditioner/ GPS to not function properly, what a headache! However, Joe has been by our side in working to make sure it is fixed so our family has a reliable vehicle to transit in. We couldn’t imagine riding in a vehicle with no air conditioning with our 5 month old! Thanks JOE!! You da man.
My first experience here was buying a used Jeep, I found it online and came in to see it. I wanted to buy it however I had my own financing lined up. They asked me to fill out some paperwork, I asked 4 times not to run my credit. They did anyway at 4 different places. I was really upset, but the finance manger Mike, called in a favor and got an amended rate which was lower than what I had so I went with them. He was a wonderful salesperson, with a pleasant personality and was very professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep brand and all of its functions.
