Thanks for taking care of our leaking shower faucet. The inspection and repair, while not what we were hoping for, were accomplished professionally and as quickly as possible. We were hoping for a parts replacement and had to replace the entire faucet. The guys were friendly, explained everything and offered options. Great job.

They arrived when scheduled and were easy to talk to, but they were busy so it took a few days for them to arrive. We had an active leak that required turning the water off to the house or draining it into a tub. They fixed the problem in less than two hours, but they are EXPENSIVE. And, for $1,229 to replace the valves and add an access panel you would think they could at least get the access panel on straight.

Christian came out today to do our seasonal maintenance. He was EXCELLENT! Extremely professional and smart. He gave us options on what needed to be replaced and was realistic with what was more necessary versus something that could wait a bit. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He is representing your company well and I appreciate his top notch service.

Go Green was fantastic! They very promptly responded to my call, and stayed in constant contact during the busy July 4th holiday. Gino, my technician, arrived and got straight to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and had a repair in place in no time. AC is back on, and I have a new component in place to prevent the problem from coming up again. Extremely fast, easy service. Thank you, Go Green!
