Jorge and Chris were the consummate professionals!! They were very careful with our property and respectful of our time. The installation was as expected even with some challenges that they communicated well to me and we overcame! We love the final product and look forward to see how else GoGreen can help in the future!!
They arrived when scheduled and were easy to talk to, but they were busy so it took a few days for them to arrive. We had an active leak that required turning the water off to the house or draining it into a tub. They fixed the problem in less than two hours, but they are EXPENSIVE. And, for $1,229 to replace the valves and add an access panel you would think they could at least get the access panel on straight. I’m going to change the review to 4 stars. Everything was explained to me in simple terms (I even got a visual of what to expect). I appreciate the attention to details and I felt the interactions were transparent. My rating and review is specifically about Go Green's employee, Jon. He arrived when he said he would. John was dressed professionally and carried himself in a very courteous manner. He gave me a thorough analysis of what he believed to be the problem. John repeatedly asked me if I had questions that he could try to answer. He gave a range of price options for different services. I had a positive interaction with him and think he is a good representative of the company he works for and a valuable asset.
