“I have had a positive experience with Fuze HR as a staffing agency, receiving timely payments and appreciating their support. However, I encountered some concerns during my assignment with one of their clients, specifically with my supervisor, Justin Jose. Unfortunately, I experienced discriminatory behavior and unprofessional communication from him, which created a challenging work environment. I had a highly disappointing experience with Amanda Rezian. We were scheduled for an online meeting, but due to a poor connection, I informed her that I would relaunch from my end. After that, she completely ghosted me. Despite my numerous attempts to reach her through calls and emails, she ignored all my efforts to reconnect. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. I expect better communication and respect from someone in her position.
