No detention pay, petty charge for turning in paperwork in 48 hours for $100. I hope you guys are happy with ripping off carriers. I do not recommend doing business with this broker.
I do not recommend get contract with this company. They charged $100 for nothing. Reason they said was early deliver, (They deducted $100 for Early DELIVER!!!!) We worked with so many companies since 2009, but never been charged for this. I showed contract but their refused, my broker refused. Glad got rest of the money. I will never work again with this company.
If I could do negative stars I would. We hauled a load for Ryan at Freight Tec. He deducted a $100 from our pay. First he claimed it was because we didn't turn on tracking, but we never received the request. Then he claimed it was because I contacted the shipper directly, which any owner operator would do to confirm pick up time and location and then he claimed that we delivered the load late when it was a first come first serve receiver and we arrived 1 hour after they started receiving. We have hauled for Freight Tec for years and never had any real issues until now. Went to pick up a load just to find out that it was being double brokered by Freight Tec agent Henry Guzman. Carriers be careful.
