Amy Monroe this DIVA has a bad attitude!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They have 'NOTHING' when it comes to business ethics and professionalism. Worse broker ever I hope the go out of business
$15 charge for ACH, so be very careful when the package is set up with this greedy broker!! We work with a lot of brokers but I have never heard about this amount tor an ACH! The ACH is for free! This is ridiculous! And the accounting DIVA has a bad attitude!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
I had a less than satisfactory experience with these scammers. The delivery was delayed multiple times without clear communication, causing a major disruption in our supply chain. When the shipment finally arrived some items were damaged. Customer service was slow to respond after a couple of days and didn’t even offer the least solution to address the issues.
