I am so glad I chose Fiona to do my hair and makeup for my niece’s wedding. I wanted to add a little sparkle to my makeup and asked for little gems with my makeup, and Fiona found some pics and we discussed the look. I got tons of compliments on my makeup and my hair! Same thing. I showed Fiona the dress I was going to wear, and we talked about which way my hair would look best with the dress, looked at pic ideas, and Viola! Not recommending this company for hair and makeup due to their unprofessionalism! I am giving them a 3 out of 5 stars. If I knew what I was in for with them, I would never have booked with them. I was not impressed with the customer service that was given. So much stress created when it came to this company. We had a contract/agreement on the cost for doing hair for 3 people and hair and makeup for 1 person. Our date for service was 11/4/23. Esmerelda was AMAZING. She was fantastic to communicate with and asked a lot of questions to make sure she was meeting my expectations. But in reality, she exceeded them. She made my wedding day so easy! My makeup was flawless from beginning to the end. No touch ups necessary! I highly recommend.
