I ordered supplies for my medical office from this company, and it's been an absolute nightmare. My order was placed six months ago, and I still haven’t received everything I paid for. They sent me a horrible, refurbished ECG machine, claiming that it was what I ordered, which it definitely wasn’t. Absolutely horrible customer service and lied to us about delivery payment and timeline. They assured our chairs would be here in time for opening of the new clinic and then wouldn’t so charged us $1,400 to “expedite” them to guarantee they be here and still were not here on time. Bill Evans is not an honest sales person. We even wrote his boss and they refuse to respond.
Do not waste your time or money. This company feels more like a fraud. Ordered an autoclave that was in stock ready to ship and that was 6 weeks ago. Talked to various people and no one calls back. On top of it, they dropped the price online another $500, but can’t even get one that I paid more for. No update on order and just have to wait for Isabella to return my call which she didn’t do when I called 2 weeks ago. Shop elsewhere- poor business practices and very shady
