As an individual who is a Registered Social Worker with over 25 years of experience I would say the 2 years served a CSW at Entrust was challenging and disappointing. No opportunities for advancement. I noticed no follow up or exit interview after I left as well. Poor support of staff who assist very high behaviour staff. Very weak union (although the benefits are good). Poor wage renumeration...should increase from 17.50 to 21.50 as a base wage.
Entrust is a good place to place your love ones as their second home, staff are kind and firm, they are knowledgeable how to approach client behaviour, their houses are clean and safe to stay. Management in total they are nice, specially if employees are having problems they helped to cope up, I experienced this because I work with Entrust. Their behavioural specialist are excellent, they worked hand in hand with the team, they know how to modify client behaviour to become better.
How you do one thing is how you do everything! I deal with Entrust on a professional basis, and I have been always so impressed with how they conduct their business, treat their employees and care for their clients! The leadership from Tilton is based on values and character. Exceptional leader and exceptional company!
